User Experience Designer

• Conducting user research and analysis for user-centric insights, developing affinity maps, personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes to hi-fi prototypes followed by usability testing that translates user data into a business solution.
• From Oct 2023 I have been working on the development of a comprehensive design system for a no-code platform - Cogniss, ensuring seamless integration with functionalities and accessibility for both creators and users.

• Blind Chihuahua: designed an immersive audience-driven virtual gig experience in a multi-player environment to transport users into a music lover’s universe, fully interactively.
• Visual Thinking Australia: designed a digital learning platform to help clients deliver online workshops with a similar experience to in-person, due to the social requirements of lockdown.
• Zero Waste Bali: designed value proposition canvas for both B2B and B2C, and enhanced consumer online shopping experience to develop a positive profitable business model and ethical consumption impacts.

Mac Genius/Volunteering Champion

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and perform hands-on repairs of desktop and mobile devices.
• Empathise with customers' pains, identify all customer needs and present solutions.
• Meanwhile, I am a volunteer champion at Apple, to create volunteering opportunities with causes, invite employees to participate and facilitate activities through events.

IS&T Project Analyst

• Collaborated with teams worldwide on the CUCM project - retail network upgrade.
• Designed the "Sunny" project to improve WFH productivity via Siri shortcuts.

HDA Program Design Lead

• Trained junior designers, assigned tasks, tracked project status, managed technical standards & processes to finalise the design with NBN by deadlines.
• Communicated collaboratively with managers, designers, field supervisors, audit team, program team, constructors, and customers for best design outcomes.
